What did I learn today? Digital Tuesday?

I went to the temple this morning, and felt a closeness from the other side. Then I got dizzy on the way out of the temple. I couldn't move my head most of the rest of the day without wanting to fall over. I spent the majority of the day trying to "rest" it off. And I got shooting pains in my brain. I guess it is not good for me to have a "closeness" from the other side. Dinner tonight was very nice—sitting around and being light-hearted. Thanks!
